Kre-Alkalyn 3000 by EFX contains buffered creatine monohydrate under the Kre-Alkalyn® brand: a form of creatine whose pH is stabilised by a patented process ("pH-Correct®"). Each capsule provides 750 mg of Kre-Alkalyn®.

The daily serving of 4 capsules provides 3000 mg of buffered creatine monohydrate, i.e. 2644 mg of creatine. Creatine is naturally produced by the body from three amino acids (glycine, arginine, methionine) and supplied by the diet, mainly by meat and fish.

Take the capsules once a day with a large glass of water, preferably 30 minutes before training on training days. The 120-capsule box lasts 30 days, the 240-capsule box 60 days.

Ingredients

Buffered creatine monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn®), capsule (gelatin), maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate). Dye free.

Allergen information

The label declares none of the 14 major allergens.

Beef gelatine capsule: not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Directions for use

Training days: 1 to 2 capsules 30 minutes before the session and 1 to 2 capsules afterwards, with a large glass of water.

Rest days: 1 to 2 capsules with breakfast.

Keep the lid tightly closed in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
