Its formula combines three components in the same capsules: Kre-Alkalyn®, EFX's patented buffered (alkaline pH) creatine monohydrate, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG, Nytric™) and Kre-Alkaloid™, a complex of black, green and white tea extracts that provides caffeine.
A daily serving of 5 capsules provides 3000 mg of creatine monohydrate (2.64 g of creatine), 3000 mg of AAKG (2 g of arginine) and 375 mg of tea extracts including 180 mg of caffeine.
