EFX Kre-Alkalyn Pro belongs to EFX Sports' new black "Formulated to win" line, distributed in Europe by Body Attack. It combines Kre-Alkalyn®, EFX's patented buffered (alkaline pH) creatine monohydrate, with Kre-Alkaloid™, a complex of black, green and white tea extracts that provides caffeine.
A daily serving of 3 capsules provides 3600 mg of creatine monohydrate, i.e. 3.16 g of creatine, plus 225 mg of tea extracts including 108 mg of caffeine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
