Gold Omega-3 Sport Edition by OLIMP Sport Nutrition is a concentrated fish oil in softgel capsules. Each 1000 mg capsule provides 650 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 330 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 220 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), plus 12 mg of vitamin E.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA, provided by a single capsule. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
One capsule a day, ideally with your evening meal: a tub of 120 capsules lasts 4 months. A simple solution for athletes and anyone who eats little oily fish.
