Body Attack Essentials Omega 3 + D3 + K2 combines omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil (EPA and DHA), vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) in a single softgel capsule.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (effect obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function (effect obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamins D and K are fat-soluble: the fish oil acts as their carrier. One capsule a day with a meal, and a 240-capsule tub for 8 months: a simple routine for athletes and active people.
