BioTechUSA Rice Pudding is an instant rice pudding powder made from rice flour: just add hot water, stir and wait one to two minutes for a creamy dessert, no cooking needed.

The Milk Chocolate version combines rice flour (72%) with fat-reduced cocoa, grated white chocolate and chocolate and sucralose: 3.7 g of sugars per 100 g of powder, i.e. 1.5 g per serving, and palm oil free. The Natural version is made of 100% instant rice flour, with no flavouring or sweetener: a neutral base to flavour yourself, with less than 0.5 g of sugars and 1.4 g of fat per 100 g.

Both recipes are gluten-free according to European Union regulation. Enjoy Rice Pudding as a snack, an afternoon treat or before training, on its own or with fresh fruit, nuts or peanut butter. You can also add your favourite protein powder or use it in baking. The 1000 g bag makes 25 servings.

Directions for use

Mix 1 serving of 40 g of powder (about 6 level tablespoons for Milk Chocolate, 4 heaped tablespoons for Natural) with 150 to 200 ml of hot water, stir well and leave for 1 to 2 minutes.

Consume immediately after preparation, at any time of the day. Nutritional values change if the product is not prepared according to these directions.
