Weider Premium Glucosamine Chondroitin combines three active ingredients in one capsule: glucosamine (as sulphate), chondroitin (as sulphate) and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), a source of organic sulphur. One 4-capsule serving provides 1200 mg of glucosamine sulphate, 1200 mg of chondroitin sulphate and 600 mg of MSM.
This new presentation, in the black tub of Weider's Premium range, keeps the doses of the Glucosamine Chondroitin + MSM formula. Each capsule contains 300 mg of glucosamine, 300 mg of chondroitin and 150 mg of MSM, in a plant-based shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
The 120-capsule tub lasts 30 days at 4 capsules a day, split into two intakes (morning and evening) with meals. Convenient for athletes and for everyday use, with no powder to measure and no taste. Weider is a German sports nutrition brand.

Take 4 capsules a day, in two intakes of 2 capsules (for example at breakfast and dinner), with a large glass of water, preferably with a meal.
Swallow the capsules whole, without chewing or opening them.
