The Weider 40% Protein Bar lives up to its name: 40% protein, i.e. 20 g of protein in a compact 50 g bar, with only 1.3 g of sugar and 166 kcal (Chocolate).

The protein combines milk protein, hydrolysed collagen and soy protein. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. The bar is high in protein and low in sugar: its sweetness comes from maltitol and sucralose.

Three flavours are available: Chocolate, milk chocolate coating and cocoa; Stracciatella, dark chocolate coating and cocoa nibs; Peanut Caramel, with peanuts.

An easy bar to take along when there is no time for a shake: after training, at the office or on the go. Available as a single bar or in a box of 24.
