Swanson FiberAid is a soluble fibre powder extracted from the larch tree (Larix): arabinogalactan, a polysaccharide naturally found in the wood of this tree. The tub contains this single ingredient, with no additives.
Virtually tasteless and odourless, the powder dissolves in water, juice, a smoothie or a protein shake without changing the flavour. One 1.5 g scoop provides only about 5 kcal.
The 250 g tub contains 166 scoops. A simple way to top up your fibre intake as part of a varied and balanced diet.
