Quest bars are available in a wide range of original flavours. They are made of whey protein isolate, an ideal form of protein since it contains less sugars and saturated fat. Each bar contains 20g of protein, up to 16g of fibre, and just 1g of sugar per serving. They are therefore perfectly suitable as part of a protein diet and an active lifestyle. Directions for use
Take 1 bar from 1:30 to 2 hours before training to avoid digestive discomfort. Take 1 bar just after training. As part of a protein diet or an active lifestyle, consume 1 bar as a snack.
