Description
Thermo Speed Extreme is a food supplement in capsules from Olimp Sport Nutrition, the Polish sports nutrition manufacturer, intended for physically active adults. It is taken at one capsule a day.
Each Mega Caps® capsule combines 500 mg of L-tyrosine, 250 mg of green tea extract standardised to 55% EGCG, 167 mg of bitter orange extract (Citrus aurantium, 10 mg synephrine), 40 mg of guarana extract, 80 mg of caffeine anhydrous and 2.5 mg of BioPerine® black pepper extract, i.e. 100 mg of caffeine in total.
No supplement makes you lose weight on its own: a balanced diet, regular physical activity and a healthy lifestyle remain essential. It is advisable to consult a doctor or dietitian before starting a diet.
