Take 1-3 capsules Olimp Sport Nutrition Thermo Speed Hardcore depending on your weight per day. At a weight below 90kg take 2 capsules per day. One capsule 30 minutes before breakfast and one 30 minutes before workout. With a weight over 90kg take 3 capsules per day. One capsule 30 minutes before breakfast, one capsule 30 minutes before lunch and one 30 minutes before workout
