ESN Diet Support 2.0 (Elite Sports Nutrition) is a capsule food supplement designed to accompany dieting phases. The formula is built around two complexes of plant and fruit extracts: the Metabolic Complex and the Mental Complex.
It contains orange extract (standardised for hesperidin), grapefruit extract, gynostemma, green tea extract (95 mg of EGCG per serving), griffonia extract (50 mg of 5-HTP per serving), grains of paradise, saffron and black pepper extract (piperine). Version 2.0 adds grapefruit, hesperidin, grains of paradise and saffron, with more EGCG.
The formula also provides chromium (chromium picolinate): chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Caffeine stays low: 15 mg per serving, i.e. 30 mg per day, from the green tea extract. A tub of 120 capsules lasts 30 days. This supplement does not replace a suitable calorie intake or a balanced diet: use it alongside a diet and physical activity.
