Zinc Bisglycinate by BODY ATTACK provides 25 mg of zinc per capsule as bisglycinate, an organic form in which zinc is bound to the amino acid glycine. The formula is completed with vitamin C, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and L-histidine.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal protein synthesis, to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Just one capsule a day. The 90-capsule tub lasts 3 months, the 180-capsule tub 6 months.

Take 1 capsule a day with plenty of liquid (200 ml of water), preferably 2 hours before or after a meal, or before bedtime.
