Carb Control is the flagship bar from Body Attack, the Hamburg-based German sports nutrition brand. At a generous 100 g, it looks like a classic chocolate bar but delivers 45 g of protein per bar, 45% of its weight: a bar high in protein and low in sugar, ideal when you are really hungry.

Its protein comes from a blend of milk protein isolate, whey protein isolate, soy protein and hydrolysed collagen. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. With no added sugar, it contains only 1 to 1.4 g of sugar per bar: its sweetness comes from maltitol and sucralose, aspartame-free.

Each bar also provides 100% of the nutrient reference values for vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid and pantothenic acid. Vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Crunchy Chocolate combines a milk chocolate coating with a cocoa protein filling studded with soy crisps. Peanut Butter offers a peanut butter-flavoured filling under a chocolate coating, with soy crisps too.
