The Protein Bar from Näno Supps, the Hungarian sports nutrition brand, gives favourite desserts a protein twist: a soft core, a milk chocolate coating and, depending on the flavour, a crunchy touch, in a 55 g bar.
Each bar provides 14 to 16 g of protein depending on the flavour, from a blend of milk protein, pea protein isolate and bovine collagen hydrolysate: a bar high in protein (28 to 30% of its weight). Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.
Its sweetness comes mainly from maltitol and sucralose: the Maple Syrup Pancake bar contains only 2.4 g of sugar for 212 kcal.
