The Barebells Soft Protein Bar is the soft version of the famous Swedish bar: a tender, melting centre under a milk chocolate coating, for a bar that tastes like a treat while delivering 16 g of protein per 55 g bar.

With 28% protein, mainly milk protein, it is high in protein. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. It is also high in fibre (12.7 g per 100 g) and low in sugar (3.6 g per 100 g), with no added sugar: its sweetness comes from sweeteners (maltitol, xylitol, sucralose).

The Soft range comes in many flavours: Caramel Choco, Peanut Caramel, Peanut Cloud, Marshmallow, Coco Choco, Lemon Cheesecake, Strawberry Sundae, Raspberry Gelato, Espresso Swirl, Cinnamon Bun and Chocolate Cake. It is made without palm oil.
