Warrior T-Turkesterone, from the British sports nutrition brand Warrior, is a food supplement in capsules based on Ajuga turkestanica extract, a plant of the Lamiaceae family native to Central Asia.
Each capsule contains 500 mg of 10:1 extract of Ajuga turkestanica, standardised to 10% turkesterone, i.e. 50 mg of turkesterone per capsule. Turkesterone is a compound found in this plant; standardisation ensures a consistent content from batch to batch.
The formula is short: the plant extract, a vegetable hydroxypropyl methylcellulose shell and two technical agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide). The tub contains 60 capsules.
