Universal Nutrition Animal Stak is an all-in-one complex in pre-dosed daily packs: each pack holds 8 capsules split into three complexes. AS Complex 1 combines Tribulus terrestris extracts (750 mg), maca, fenugreek and nettle root; AS Complex 2 provides L-arginine (1465 mg as hydrochloride), L-glutamine and L-ornithine; AS Complex 3 brings together zinc, magnesium, vitamins D and B6, L-carnitine, quercetin, extracts of Japanese knotweed, milk thistle, astragalus, ashwagandha and green tea, with lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10 and algal astaxanthin.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal protein synthesis. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal bones. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Designed for bodybuilders and strength athletes, Animal Stak is used as a 21-day course followed by a one-week break. This is the European version of the American Animal brand ("Muscle Booster Stak" tub, 132.3 g), with a formula adapted to European Union regulations.

AS Complex 1: Tribulus terrestris extract (whole plant, 20% saponins), capsule [gelatin (contains sulphites), colours (tartrazine E102, sunset yellow FCF E110)], fenugreek seed powder (Trigonella foenum-graecum), nettle root powder (Urtica dioica), maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii), bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate), anti-caking agent (stearic acid). AS Complex 2: L-arginine HCl, capsule [gelatin (contains sulphites)], anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), L-glutamine, bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate), L-ornithine HCl. Directions for use

Take 1 pack (8 capsules) a day for 21 consecutive days, with water.

On training days, take it 30 to 45 minutes before the session; on rest days, before bedtime.
