The Science in Sport (SiS) Beta Fuel Gel is an energy gel designed for prolonged endurance exercise. Each 60 ml gel delivers 40 g of carbohydrates, far more than a standard gel, to meet high energy demands in running, cycling, trail running or triathlon.

Its formula combines maltodextrin and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio. These two carbohydrate sources use different absorption pathways, making it possible to take in more energy per hour of exercise than with a single source.

Fat free, protein free and suitable for vegans, Beta Fuel Gel focuses on what matters: energy. Its compact format slips easily into a pocket, running belt or cycling jersey.

Water, maltodextrin (30%), fructose (23%), flavourings, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate), gelling agents (gellan gum, xanthan gum), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), sodium chloride.
