Physalis Chardon-Marie Forte (milk thistle) is a herbal food supplement providing, in just one tablet a day, 500 mg of milk thistle extract (*Silybum marianum*) obtained from the seeds of the plant and standardised to 80% silymarin.
Silymarin is the group of characteristic compounds of milk thistle seeds. Standardisation guarantees a consistent content from one tablet to the next: 500 mg of extract provide around 400 mg of silymarin.
