PER4M Liquid Chalk is a liquid chalk that dries your hands and improves your grip on barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and climbing holds. It replaces powdered chalk without the dust cloud or mess in the gym: ideal for gyms where loose chalk is not allowed, as well as for your home gym.

Its formula based on magnesium carbonate and isopropyl alcohol dries in 15 to 30 seconds, leaving a thin layer of chalk on the skin that holds up through heavy sets. Gum rosin adds tackiness and lemon essential oil gives a fresh scent. The 250 ml bottle fits easily in your gym bag.

Directions: shake well before use, apply a small amount to the area to be covered (palms, fingers), rub in evenly and let it air dry for 15 to 30 seconds (blowing on it speeds up drying). After training, wash your hands with warm soapy water.

Composition: isopropyl alcohol, magnesium carbonate, aqua, gum rosin, methyl cellulose, lemon distilled essential oil.

Precautions: for external use only, do not swallow. Contains isopropyl alcohol: flammable product, keep away from heat, flames and sparks, do not smoke while applying and let it dry completely. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not apply to broken skin; gum rosin may cause an allergic reaction in sensitive people: stop using it if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and close the bottle tightly after use.
