PEAK Epic Refuel is a complete and refreshing post-workout drink made with clear whey protein isolate. One 75 g serving provides 32 g of protein, 29.3 g of carbohydrate from maltodextrin, 10 g of L-glutamine, 1 g of L-leucine and 3 g of Creapure® creatine, with only 0.1 g of sugar.
Protein contributes to a growth in and the maintenance of muscle mass. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
It also provides electrolytes as citrates: potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium, plus chromium. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, calcium contributes to normal muscle function and chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Available in Cherry Lemon and White Tea Peach.

Mix 75 g of powder (about 4 scoops) with 500 ml of water, in a shaker or blender.
