OstroVit NAC VEGE provides N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) in a simple form: a 150 mg tablet, taken once a day with water.
N-acetyl-L-cysteine is the acetylated form of L-cysteine, a sulphur-containing amino acid that the body can make on its own. It is not found as such in everyday foods, which is why it is available as a food supplement.
At 1 tablet a day, a tub of 120 tablets lasts four months. The recipe contains no animal-derived ingredients. The product has a natural, distinctive odour, due to the sulphur in NAC, which does not indicate any deterioration.
