OSTROVIT Premium Liquid Chalk is a liquid chalk that improves your grip on barbells, dumbbells, parallel bars or poles. It increases friction and reduces hand sweat during tough training sessions, so you stay in control until the last rep.

Thanks to its liquid form based on magnesium carbonate, it leaves no dust cloud and does not stain clothes, unlike block chalk. One or two drops are enough. It comes in a 50 ml bottle with carabiner, to clip onto your gym bag, and in a 250 ml bottle for regular use.

Directions: apply one or two drops to the palm of your hand and spread thoroughly over the entire surface of both hands, then wait 20 to 30 seconds for the liquid to dry and leave a white coating. Reapply as needed, depending on how much your hands sweat and on conditions (temperature, air humidity).

Composition: magnesium carbonate, alcohol, rosin, hydroxypropyl cellulose.

Precautions: for external use only, do not swallow. Test on a small area of your hand first to rule out an allergy to any of the ingredients (rosin may cause a reaction in sensitive people). Do not use on open wounds or cuts. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Contains alcohol: keep away from heat and flames and let it dry completely. Keep out of reach of children and close the bottle tightly after use.
