Description
OstroVit Hydro Out is a food supplement in vegetable capsules combining seven plant extracts with vitamin B6: nettle leaf, dandelion root (3% flavonoids), guarana seed (22% caffeine), goldenrod aerial parts, cranberry fruit (10% proanthocyanidins), green tea leaf (50% polyphenols) and field horsetail aerial parts (7% silica).
Each 3-capsule serving provides 6 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P-5-P), i.e. 429% of the nutrient reference value. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. It also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
One serving also provides 55 mg of caffeine from guarana. A tub of 90 capsules lasts 30 days at one serving a day.
