OstroVit Biotin Plus (Nutricosmetics range) combines four micronutrients in a single tablet: biotin (vitamin B7, also known as vitamin H), zinc as picolinate, selenium as L-selenomethionine and folic acid (vitamin B9).
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, normal skin and normal mucous membranes. It also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal macronutrient metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin, to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, to normal thyroid function and to the normal function of the immune system. Folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal blood formation and to the normal function of the immune system.
At 1 tablet a day, a tub of 100 tablets lasts more than three months. A simple, complete formula for an everyday hair, skin and nails routine.
