The Olimp Protein Bar is inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate: a generous centre of pistachio paste (39%), crispy strands of kataifi pastry and a milk chocolate coating.

Each 40 g bar provides 6.8 g of protein (17 g per 100 g), from pistachios, milk and whey protein concentrate: it is a source of protein. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. It is also a source of fibre (5 g per 100 g). An indulgent, energy-rich bar (216 kcal) to enjoy as a treat.

Two versions are available: Dubai Chocolate Style, coated in milk chocolate, and Dubai White Chocolate Style, coated in white chocolate. The recipe contains no polyols, no colours, no hydrogenated fats and no artificial flavourings.

Milk chocolate: cocoa solids 35% minimum, milk solids 21% minimum.
