Do not consume other products containing caffeine at the same time (eg other food supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not use before bedtime or during the hours immediately before bedtime.
