Iso Whey Zero: mix 25 g of powder (1 scoop, or 2 heaped tablespoons) with 200 ml of water in a shaker. 2 servings a day.
Creatine: mix 1 serving (3.4 g, 1 level scoop or 1 teaspoon) with 300 ml of the drink of your choice. 1 serving a day. Store in a dry place, tightly closed.
Barebells Soft: as a snack, after training or between meals. Store between 15 and 25 °C, away from heat and moisture.
Use a scale for accurate dosing. Combine with a varied, balanced diet and regular training.
