Ingredients: Milk protein concentrate (55%), gluten-free whole grain oats (39%), glucomannan (2%), psyllium husk powder (2%), soluble corn fibre, salt, enzyme (lactase), sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia).

Advice for use
Pour 62 g of powder (1 sachet) into a bowl and add 200 ml of boiling water. Stir and let sit covered for 5 minutes before eating.
Tip: Customize with your favourite flavours or toppings (e.g. Chunky Flavour, fruit, nuts). Drink 1–2 glasses of water with the meal to ensure proper effectiveness of glucomannan.
