MORE Nutrition Chunky Flavour is a flavouring powder that adds taste and sweetness to quark, yoghurt, porridge, desserts and drinks such as coffee. According to the manufacturer, a single 3 g scoop has the sweetness of about 50 g of sugar, for only 7 to 10 kcal.

Its base is inulin, a plant fibre: the powder is high in fibre (44 g per 100 g for Fudge Brownie, 74 g for Vanilla Perfection). Sweeteners (sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia) provide the sweet taste, and lactase is added to the recipe.

Two flavours are available: Fudge Brownie, rich and chocolatey with 35% real brownie pieces, and Vanilla Perfection, with Bourbon vanilla pod extract, vegan. The 90 g tub fits easily in the kitchen or at the office to vary the flavours of your everyday meals.

Inulin, brownie pieces 35% (sugar, cocoa powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder, wheat starch, humectant (glycerol), cream powder, vegetable oils (sunflower, coconut), glucose syrup, salt), fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia), lactase, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Directions for use

Mix 3 g of powder (one measuring scoop, included in the tub) with 300 g of quark or another product such as yoghurt.

Also suitable for flavouring and sweetening drinks (coffee, tea, shakes), porridge and desserts. Adjust to taste.
