The Mars Hi Protein Bar keeps everything that makes the Mars bar a classic, a soft caramel layer under a milk chocolate coating, in a high-protein version designed for active people.
Each 59 g bar provides 19 g of protein (33 g per 100 g) for 207 kcal. The protein comes from a blend of milk protein, soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, egg albumin and hydrolysed collagen. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.
This is not a reduced-sugar bar: it contains 14 g of sugar per bar, from the caramel and milk chocolate. It is the indulgent version, faithful to the original Mars.
