Life Pro Protein Crunch are small crunchy protein pearls: a puffed cereal core enriched with casein, coated in white chocolate, dark chocolate or both (Mix). Their texture is similar to little pieces of cookie.

With 49 g of protein per 100 g, they are high in protein: a 10 g serving provides 4.9 g. Protein contributes to a growth in and the maintenance of muscle mass. The chocolate is sweetened with maltitol, for only 4 g of sugars per 100 g (White Chocolate), with no palm oil or artificial colours.

They are mainly used as a topping: on yoghurt, quark, porridge, a fruit bowl, pancakes or toast, or mixed into your baking. They can also be eaten on their own as a snack. The 500 g tub contains 50 servings of 10 g.

Directions for use

Sprinkle about 10 g on yoghurt, quark, porridge, fruit, pancakes or toast, or mix into your baking.

Close the tub tightly after use and store in a cool, dry place.
