Its protein comes from a blend of wheat gluten, pea protein and rice protein: the recipe contains no milk, no egg and no soy ingredients, and the brand has it certified vegan. It is high in fibre thanks to inulin and a source of protein; protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.

The cookie is sweetened with cane sugar, with no sweeteners or polyols.
