Description
Inlead Premium Sauces recreate the taste of popular snack sauces (mayonnaise, aioli, samurai, curry, burger…) in a recipe based on water and potato starch. The Mayonnaise version contains 6.2 g of fat per 100 g and provides only 14 kcal per 15 g serving, with 0.4 g of sugars.
Their creamy texture comes from a base of water, potato starch and a little rapeseed oil, seasoned with mustard, free-range egg yolk and spices. They are low in sugar, gluten free and vegetarian according to the brand; the Italian Allrounder, made with tomato and Italian herbs, is even vegan.
Ideal for enjoying a sauce while watching what you eat: oven fries or vegetables, burgers, wraps, bowls, salads, grilled meat and fish, meal prep. The 350 ml squeeze bottle is easy to dose and gives about 24 servings.
