Description
C4 Ultimate is the most complete formula in Cellucor's C4 range. This European version is a powder to mix with water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training.
One 9.5 g serving provides 3 g of L-citrulline, 2.4 g of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, 150 mg of caffeine, 250 mg of L-tyrosine, 100 mg of choline and 17.5 mg of AstraGin® (Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus extracts), plus electrolytes (magnesium and sodium).
It also provides vitamin B12 (52% RI), magnesium (16%) and vitamin B6 (15%). Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism; magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
Experienced users can take 2 servings before a demanding session (300 mg of caffeine), never exceeding 2 servings a day. Four flavours are available: Cosmic Rainbow, Bubble Gum, Lemon Twist and Tutti Frutti.

Mix 1 serving (9.5 g) with about 175 ml of water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training.
Experienced users: 2 servings in about 350 ml of water before a demanding session. Do not exceed 2 servings per day (300 mg of caffeine).
