Description
Syntha-6 Edge is a variant of BSN's famous Syntha-6, known for its milkshake taste. It combines six milk protein sources: whey protein concentrate, isolate and hydrolysed isolate, milk protein concentrate, micellar casein and calcium caseinate. A 39 g serving provides 24 g of protein for 155 kcal and only 1.1 g of sugars (Chocolate flavour).
High in protein. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass, as well as to the maintenance of normal bones. By combining whey (fast absorption) and casein (slower absorption), Syntha-6 Edge works after training as well as between meals or in the evening.
Its creamy texture and indulgent flavours (Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry, Vanilla) make it an enjoyable shake with cold water or milk. We sell the European version (EAN 5060245…), labelled in line with European Union regulations.

Directions for use
Mix 1 scoop (about 39 g depending on flavour) with 120 to 150 ml of cold water for a thick texture, or up to 350 ml of water or milk for a lighter drink.
1 to 3 servings a day depending on your protein needs: after training, between meals or in the evening.
Keep the tub tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light.
