BODY ATTACK Micronised Creatine Caps (Creapure®) provide high-quality creatine monohydrate in easy-to-take capsules. Creatine is naturally present in the body and plays a key role in energy availability during short, intense exercise.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise when a daily intake of 3 g of creatine is achieved. The capsule format allows for consistent intake without preparation, while maintaining good tolerance for most athletes.
This product is suitable for training phases focused on strength, power and explosiveness (strength training, team sports, sprint disciplines), as well as periods where consistency of supplementation is essential.

Allergen information: formulation does not contain common major allergens such as gluten or lactose. Contains gelatine (beef) capsule shell (not suitable for vegetarians or vegans).
Directions for use
Directions for use:
- Training days: take 4 capsules with 300 ml of liquid, preferably before and after an intense workout (total of 8 capsules per day).
- Non-training days: take 4 capsules with 300 ml of liquid in the morning upon waking and 4 capsules before bedtime.
For a beneficial effect, a daily intake of 3 g of creatine is recommended.
