Body Attack Clear Iso Whey changes the idea of a protein shake: instead of a milky drink, the whey protein isolate (93.9%) makes a clear, light and fruity drink, closer to a juice or an iced tea. A 30 g serving provides 24.7 g of protein for 103 kcal, with 0 g of sugars and virtually no fat (Blackberry flavour).
High in protein. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass, as well as to the maintenance of normal bones. The isolate is produced by cross-flow microfiltration (CFM), a process that yields a very pure protein; the brand declares it lactose free.
Mixed with 500 ml of water, the powder makes a refreshing drink, ideal in summer, during a diet or for anyone who dislikes creamy shakes. Let it stand for 30 to 60 seconds after shaking so the foam settles.
