100% Creatine Monohydrate by BioTechUSA provides pharmaceutical-grade micronised creatine monohydrate. Micronisation (200 mesh) reduces particle size, so the powder mixes easily with water or the drink of your choice.
Each serving provides 3.4 g of creatine monohydrate, i.e. 3 g of creatine, the amount required for the authorised claim: creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Three versions in a 300 g tub: unflavoured, 100% creatine with no flavouring or additive, ideal in a shake; Yuzu (Japanese citrus) and Ice Tea Peach, flavoured and sweetened with sucralose, sugar free (68% creatine, flavourings, acid, polydextrose, salt; caramel colour in Ice Tea Peach).
Creatine is taken every day, before or after training as well as on rest days: one serving a day is enough.

Unflavoured: mix 1 serving (3.4 g, 1 level scoop or 1 teaspoon) in 300 ml of the drink of your choice.
Yuzu and Ice Tea Peach: mix 1 serving (5 g, 2 teaspoons) with 250 ml of water. Use a scale for accurate measurement.
Take 1 serving a day. Store in a dry place with the lid tightly closed.
