Hydration+ by APPLIED NUTRITION is an electrolyte and vitamin powder in 8 g sticks, to mix with 200 to 500 ml of water. Each stick provides potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium and chloride, 7 vitamins (C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12) at 100% of the NRV, plus 2 g of coconut water powder, 2 g of taurine, Aquamin™ (calcified seaweed) and Irish sea moss extract.

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. Potassium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamins C, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

With only 10 kcal and 0.6 g of sugars per stick, Hydration+ can be taken before, during or after exercise, or during the day. Other flavours: colour carotenes (Tropical Vibes), brilliant blue FCF (Blue Raspberry), tartrazine and brilliant blue FCF (Lemon & Lime).

Directions for use

Add 1 stick (8 g) to 200 to 500 ml of room-temperature or cool water, mix or shake until fully dissolved, then drink.

Do not use if the stick is damaged or torn. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
