Scitec Nutrition Protein Pudding is a powder mix that makes a smooth protein pudding in seconds, in a shaker and with no cooking. It comes in two indulgent flavours: Double Chocolate and Panna Cotta.
The recipe is built on milk proteins: calcium caseinate (58%) and instant whey (24%), with whole milk powder. One 40 g serving provides 29 g of protein for 150 kcal and only 1.5 g of sugar. The product is high in protein: protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass, and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Perfect as a dessert or a sweet snack, enjoy it on its own, well chilled, or use it as a base for protein creams and fillings, for example with the brand's Protein Pancake. Palm oil free; declared gluten free by the brand under EU regulations.
