Fit4Day Protein Pizza is made up of 33% protein. Milk, whey and wheat protein form the basis for the high protein content. Protein is very important for a healthy and balanced diet. Ingredients

Advice for use
Preparation is very simple: just knead 250 g of baking mix with 180 ml of cold water for approximately 6 minutes to form a dough smooth. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Then spread the dough on the baking sheet between 2 strips of baking paper. Peel off the top strip. Cover the dough as desired. Bake the finished pizza for 12-14 minutes at 200°C (upper and lower heat).
